My speciality : identify and contact candidates that are not looking for a new position... because they're good, because their current job is challenging.

How do I work?

I work by phone and through internet from a small town near Toulouse, in the South West of France.

I don't meet physically the candidates. But when I give you a shortlist of candidates, they're all qualified and interested in the position you're offering.

My job is to find them and control that they match with your needs and that your offer matches with their professional project. It's a WIN WIN process and the key of success.
